I called to make an appointment to see Kristin Carl. I provided my insurance information during the initial call and again when I arrived for the visit. They told me they accepted my insurance and I chose the provider based on being able to use my benefits. They called me after I left and said I didn't pay my copay. We went through the information they had which was incorrect and then they said they didn't take my insurance. I explained I didn't expect to pay since I was given information that my insurance was in network and could be used. I was promised a return call after this was researched to see what they could do to adjust this charge of $140. I never received a call back and I received a bill for $140. I called the office and the billing department and spoke with Lisa Cheryl and Hulio. I have yet to receive a new statement showing a zero balance for their error.Business response
