      After ordering a Honda pressure washer and being charged for shipping. I get told a few days after the purchase that I still owe 300 towards shipping because the shipping I was billed, was just a deposit. After paying for the shipping I left Lori a 1 star Google review for the poor user experience of her website. She called me and got emotional and just couldn't believe she was worthy of a 1 star review. She promptly cancelled the order because of the review. After her emotional fit of disgust she promptly hung up as she realized I wasn't going to give her the reaction she wanted. I am surprised she cancelled the order though, basically costing herself money. No big deal, I had another washer ordered in 20 minutes.

      I ordered an Xjet M5 #9 from the pressure washer products website. I received the email confirmation promptly. Within the statement it clarifies that the order will take approximately 7-10 business days to process. It also stated that the freight company would contact you once it has shipped with tracking information. I called in 5 days after the order was placed to see when the shipping window was as I have work that I will need the product for. I was unsure what "process your order" meant in their words so i wanted clarification. I spoke with one person at the front desk who was quite short and kept referring to the 7-10 business days, trying to end the conversation as quickly as possible. I then asked if they had it in stock which they did not. Side note that their website does not tell you if its in stock, i should have called first to check. I asked when it would come in and he said within a couple days but could not guarantee this. I ended up calling back two more times to be told follow the link in the confirmation email to submit an email for cancellation which would take a couple business days to remedy. I submitted the cancellation and shortly after I started receiving a number emails from the company into my inbox. I called to let them know and they hung up on me 3 times, including the manager, who also noted they saw my review and "we are moving on to other customers", Also was unwilling to give their name. Their response was their website service provider would manage it and nothing they could do. It was my first experience where i decided to write a review and post on the BBB on how poor they treat their customers, managers hanging up on people, sending over 1000 emails in my inbox. It's crazy how unprofessional they were in this short experience,
