We chose this company to tent our home for dry wood termites on July 28 of 2022. The job would be 9,600.00. We paid for the job and they arrived on time with the owner. We walked through the house with the owner and did requirements with windows and also shut down air conditioning with the owner. We gave the team permission to use our balcony steps on the second level to easily get to roof. We were assured that the supervisor would be in the house to watch the crew. We were also told that our home would be locked and secured after the tenting process by the Supervisor. We have cameras in our home. Our video's don't lie. We had two unattended young men who strayed off the path and entered our master bedroom and were looking in my husbands closet. The one man was on his phone, leaving a message for someone to call him back. He said he was looking for something in this house. When the tent was taken down, the inspector came in with his equipment to check for any remaining gas. He entered our master bedroom and walks over to my husbands dresser and is checking out what's on the top of his dresser. We returned home to an unsecured home. They promised that the Supervisor would have all of our home locked back up and windows secure. The back doors to our home were unlocked and could have been entered by anyone. After looking at the videos again, we see that the one guy that was snooping in my husbands closet was the one who locked the front door. The Supervisor again was NOT present. We were told that any plants trees or shrubs any closer than 18 inches would most likely not survive. I understood this and yes. We did loose plants understandably, however, I have an island in front of my home. This island is at least 4 feet away from the entry steps to the front door. They some how killed at least 40 or more of my blue daze plants. These blue daze are the new more pricey variety of ground cover called '' blue my mind.'' Also burnt foxtail plants in that area.
