I called Safer Home Services to investigate and remedy a problem with rats getting into my garage. While the technician was in the attic scoping out the extent of the problem he noticed the faint smell of natural gas. He passed this information on to me and I was able to get the gas company to come out and make adjustments in my water heater to correct the problem. They're on the ball.Review from Robbie W

A friend of mine recommended Safer Homes to me. Everything was great. There representative Mark was spot on to explain what and how they can help me with my termite situation. /He explained everything and his presentation was great and price reasonable. *********************** came to do an inspection & quote for me. Of the 3 different companies I received quotes from this was the most comprehensive & thorough. He even crawled under my unit to be sure there was no subterranean activity. He was the only one who checked in cupboards and closets to be sure there was no early signs. I am still deciding who will get the job due to pricing & need to check on who offers payment plans & warranties etc. Nice young man. Explained everything well. Very professional. If you are getting quotes be sure they are one of them.Review from Mike M

Wanting termite protection and other pest control services for my home, I called the office of Safer Home Services and spoke with *****. He was both courteous and helpful, making a very positive first impression. ***** set up an appointment for **** to come by my home to review their services with mewhich he did. **** was friendly and answered all of my questions clearly. A week later, **** returned to apply pesticides to the interior of my home, including a large attic crawl space overhead. After that, he spent an hour or more injecting Termidor termiticide into the ground around the perimeter of the house. **** was at my home for at least 4 hours. He was careful and thorough in his work. After he left, I had some follow-up questions for **** which he replied to promptly. I also needed some paperwork to show the contractor who is renovating on my home. **** completed it, and the *** office provided it to me, without delay. I am very pleased with the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of both ***** and ****. In a nutshell, my experience with Safer Home Services has been excellent.Review from Katherine T.

Highly recommend! Had termite fumigation which is quite extensive but they made it seamless.
