    Ordered a surepet feeder from the website. Since Ive had it I had issues with it. I've called and emailed multiple times. I've sent them videos and photos, and it's never enough. They keep saying they need more and more their product is defective, and they won't replace it under their warranty at this point I want nothing to do with this false advertisement company. I want a refund. I have been trying to get this fixed since May 8th and still haven't got any results with the company.

    My review is targeted towards the Sure Petcare Microchip Pet Feeder Connect. We purchased on in December because I was measuring my cat's food intake daily. This product is supposed to record how much food is put into the bowl as well as how much is consumed by your pet at each individual "feed" so it seemed perfect.The Sure Petcare Microchip Pet Feeder Connect had issues from the start. I witness my cat eat only to have nothing recorded or to have it recorded twice. Sometimes the feeder indicates I added food when I didn't. Other times it reports a "feed" happened when it didn't.I jumped through hoops numerous times for their Technical Support team. I had to reboot my home server, reboot the hub, remove and add the pet, reboot the feeder, uninstall and reinstall the feeder, uninstall and reinstall the app. All reasonable steps for troubleshooting once but I had to do these numerous times over the course of two months with no resolution. They questioned the brand of batteries I was using, whether or not my feeder was clean, and even requested I provide a video showing the steps I take to fill the feeder AND how my cat eats from the feeder. Frankly, it felt as if they were looking for anything that could be blamed on me. Ultimately, they agreed to replace the feeder. I finally received it mid-March.If the above experience isn't enough. The server goes down frequently and Customers aren't notified. They don't have redundant servers and apparently the engineers don't work on the weekends so the outages can last 48+ hours. The "convenient" phone App crashes frequetnly as well. Be aware that the data this feeder is supposed to gather is flawed at best when it's delivered to the ********* **** gathered in the background will not push it to the app or the dashboard if there's an issue. They will send you a report though.I'm giving this company two stars because the product is unreliable and they do not communicate outages so users can plan accordingly.
