            I contracted with Sign-Age to install solid color vinyl wrap on my 21' bay boat. Quote was for $1147.60. Installation was 8/2/21. Invoice $1567.04. A few days later we tried to put registration numbers on the boat but when trying to reposition, the small letters pulled the wrap off the boat and left wrinkles. We then took the boat out. Upon returning to ramp the boat slightly bumped the dock (which has rubber bumpers). This caused 4 nickel size tears in the vinyl. We then loaded the boat on the trailer and when the bow roller made contact with the boat the vinyl wrap was torn open (see photos w/red highlighting). We then noticed other issues including quarter size bubbles in the wrap, edges of the wrap peeling off. This is either poor preparation of surface before install or defective material. Sign-age wants to charge me another $1641 on top of the $1567 to replace faulty vinyl wrap. Request full refund or replacement of the defective vinyl wrap with better product.
