On Aug 18 2022 Gulf Coast Plumbing Clearwater came out to fix a leak under concrete slab in my half barthroom. The final job was not done professionally as all the pipes and fittings were sticking out the ground and not insulated, as well as not brought inside the wall so the drywall could be installed. During the work, they damaged the common wall and punched a hole to the neighbors wall. This was not reported by them but by our neighbor next day. I infromed the owner ***************** that I will stop the check if he doesn't come to finish the work. I was insured that someone will contact me the next day. The week went by and nobody called. It was not until a week later that they scheduled an appoinment for which they didn't even show up. I even oferred them to come finish the job or to give me a 20% discount so I can styart looking for another plumber. Instead I was insulted and verbally insulted, cursed at and harrased by the owner, *****************, over the phone. He even said that I don't need to pay him anything. Even though I appreciated that gesture, I insisted to pay him for his previous hard work but at the 20% discounted price, since the job was not finished and it was simply not acceptable. It was then when his office started sending me inflated invocies by 20% for some bogus and undisclosed fees and charges and then applying teh discount. Bassicaly, bringing the total price to the originally qouted $1167.57?!?! Unbelivable!!! This is unethical business practice.Customer response

My complaint has been addressed by the merchant to my satisfaction.Please close this case.. I appreciate your assistance
