  I had you guys do the ultra expensive and now apparently completely useless service of hydroscrubing or what ever it's called and the only reason i agreed to spending $5k on something that i now realize i could have easily done myself with a pressure washer and a $80 kit from Amazon, especially considering the fact that i already had a cleanout installed and i would simply plug one end that goes to the city sewer shut and let the dirt come out instead of installing another ugly one. Speaking of the clean out your technician installed, it wasn't properly installed and wasn't finished and it's a serious trip hazard and i can see a lawsuit against you coming related to it. The only reason i agreed to having this done because i was told that this will guarantee that i will not be having anymore issues with my sewer and that it's so effective that it comes with a LIFETIME SERVICE warranty. So i figured what the heck it's like sewer insurance. Now when i called recently and said that one of the tubs is draining slow your technician, the SAME gentleman that did this work surprised me and said sorry somehow this isn't covered it's something else you have to pay for it. He said something completely insane like oh you didn't get the premium complete package you only had the main line scrubbed not the branch offs, he said you didn't want that done at the time which is completely insane and crazy and a total lie why the **** would i waste that much money and not clean the parts where most of the problems actually occur'??!!!! It's insane that that was even offered as an option. He should have simply told me, if such conversation even took place which it didn't, if i only do main line you will be throwing your money in the garage especially because we DO NOT GIVE LIFETIME SERVICE.
