      I am being billed for an amount that does NOT match either my ******** EOB nor my Aetna supplemental insurance behind ********. For the past 10 consecutive years, I have brain and spinal MRIs to manage my Multiple Sclerosis. In October 2022 I had the MRIs performed at ***************************. I continue to receive erroneous billing statements from Radiology Associates if Clearwater via their ******, MSN. I have contacted MSN numerous times by phone and per one phone representatives request, scanned and sent my EOB statements of various dates. I am still being assessed fees that have already been paid and discounted by my insurers. During the ten years that I have had these tests using other facilities with the same insurance providers for 10 years, I have never had this problem. My coinsurance amount according to my EOB has been paid. Radiology Associates of Clearwater received $386.44 from ******** on 10/18/22. They also received $49.29 from Aetna on 10/26/22, $7.28 from Aetna on 11/16/22. None of these payments have been applied to my account. I am receiving billing statements reporting there has been no response from my insurance which is NOT accurate. My last statement dated 12/12/22 states that I am responsible for $379.00. My responsibility per my Aetna coordinated coverage (with ********) EOB is $7.27 that I paid on 1/1/23 via the online payment portal.I would like to receive a corrected billing statement showing my account as paid in full. Thank you.

      The third party billing company for Radiology Associates of Clearwater the company name is MSN healthcare solutions. This billing company is completely incompetent. I called multiple times since the date of service in November of 2021. They have still to this date not submitted my claim through my insurance. One of the supervisors said it will take 35-40 days for the claim to process and that it had been submitted last week. That statement is completely false claims with UMR the branch off of untied healthcare care takes 2 weeks to process a claim and if I had been submitted I'd be able to see it in a pending status nothing is there. They take my insurance information every time and ask me to repeat all the information multiple times. When I asked for a supervisor it was a basically a joke the rep I had been speaking with said she was going to transfer me and that she was talking to the supervisor which was incorrect because when a transfer is taking place you hear hold music not someone breathing into the mic. I am completely over it and it's really becoming unacceptable. If they are not willing to fix it I will be more then happy to contact the insurance commissioner and make a complaint to the insurance company I work for that they are par with. The company for billing the 3rd party off shore billing company is MSN Healthcare Solutions.

      Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/06/02) */ We feel as though MSN has been doing everything requested by the patient, see time line below. 11/22/2021 - Claim filed to UHC 02/06/2022 - No payment/rejection from UHC, Statement generated 02/15/2022 - Pt called with updated ID# for UHC, did not say anything about UMR. 02/16/2022 - MSN contacted UHC and was told that UHC was not active. A claim was filed as directed by pt. 05/07/2022 - A statement was generated due to no payment/rejection from UHC. 05/18/2022 - Pt called and asked that UHC be replaced with Bind Benefits. Again, nothing is mentioned about UMR. Claim generated to Bind Ben 05/26/2022 - Pt called back for status and was told a claim was pending. MSN has not received a response from the insurance. 05/31/2022 - MSN spoke with Bind Benefits. The claim has not been processed. Need to allow at least 90 days. Ref: **************

      In late January 2022, I received a bill for $47 from Radiology Associates of Clearwater for services purportedly performed on 12/30/2021 at Mease Countryside Hospital. I had no such service and have not been admitted to any hospital for over a year. Furthermore, they indicate that a chest examination was done, which is not an examination I have ever had done. I am being charged for a service that was either performed on someone else, or not performed at all. I attempted several times to reach out to the company, but they seem to make it intentionally impossible to reach anyone and do not return calls when messages are left. Their contact number only connects you to the third-party billing company that is collecting the payment, and they have no control over this. Based on MANY reviews describing similar problems with this companynearly 100% of Google reviews describe what I'm experiencingI believe this company is engaged in fraudulent billing and collection practices, and are hoping that myself and others will just pay the relatively small amount rather than risk having it sent to collections. I will not be paying for any services I did not receive and I believe this company needs to be investigated for billing fraud based on repeat patterns of the same behavior over many years.       Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/02/11) */ The business contacted me today and ensured me that this was a mistake and it has been removed from my account. This will satisfy my complaint as long as I do not receive any further bills. Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/02/15) */ Our billing company, MSN, looked into this and found that somehow two demographic files (Woods and Woodson) came over from the hospital with the same FIN number. The charges have been removed from Mr. Woods account and we are so sorry for the inconvenience this caused him.
