              We rented a house at **************** for the week of June *****. When we first arrived there was mildew/mold in the water of the toilet, and all rims of toilets. Mold/mildew in one shower. We had several other issues as well. We met an appliance repair person, maintenance man. We then found black mold/mildew in the vent above the master bed. It was also out into the drywall. So, we checked other vents. Most vents in the downstairs had mold/mildew. Pictures were taken, and email sent immediately. They responded that theyd get to it ASAPtwo days later they texted. It was Friday, our last beach day. We checked out before 11 on Saturday the 17TH. Nothing had been done. We all had headaches, runny nose, and cough. I tried contacting the health department. I was told they dont handle that problem. Our vacation ended with our grandchildren sick, as well as other family members. I have checked more deeply into the reviews of Belloise Realty, it seems this is a common practice for them! Im trying to make them clean up the mold/mildew, AND resolve the moisture issue so another family doesnt have a sickening experience as we did. The filters in the vents are so full air cant get through. Please advise!

              This company disguises itself as another company on AirBNB as Florida Vacation Rental Company. This is because their listings are full of lies. The property we rented was unsafe. Many fire hazards. Full of stinky dirty furniture that didnt even remotely match the pictures. They will not take ownership of a single issue, and only deflect and manipulate, and report any and all negative reviews with false pretense. I will never stop spreading the word.
