On June 1, 2023, I signed a contract with Progency (which is a "product of *************** as per the contract wording) that they would provide a real estate lead service to me. I paid $249 on 6/1/23 to start the service. Based on the signed contract, as attached, Progency has not fulfilled its agreement by providing 2-3 referrals per month to me. I have not received a referral since 10/18/23 and today is 1/17/24. A number of the "referrals" have been invalid as well. I emailed Progency with the information and was told I would be provided with a replacement referral each time, which I wasn't.I am requesting an immediate refund of the $249 payment that I paid to join this service. The service has not provided the agreed-upon number of leads, nor were these leads actual leads.A few of the replies I received, when a lead did reply, are below and a few of the situations regarding the leads are below. "She is not looking to buy a home." "She said this is not her and the name is not correct. She has received non-stop phone calls from this service and wants the calls to stop." I emailed Progency that this was not a lead. ********************* emailed back to "kindly disregard this prospect." One lead was from Comal County. I emailed Progency immediately that Comal County is hours away from me and reminded them that I am located in the ***************** area. I asked them to check where my leads are coming from and did not receive a response. The lead service has not provided a single lead to me since 10/18/23. Progency is sending "lead information" to more than one Realtor at a time, as per one of the leads I spoke with. The leads that were sent to me were not actually leads. I am requesting a refund and will request that the service be discontinued, once I receive the refund. I emailed Prgency on 1/3/24 requesting a refund, and have explained to them just as I have typed here, the reason for the request. I followed up with another email on 1/8/24 and have not heard back.Initial Complaint

I would like a refund in the amount of $449.00 because I did not receive the service that was advertised. I was informed that I would receive Verified Leads, Up to 5 Active ********* ******************** Campaigns, and support reaching leads if they were unresponsive. I didn't receive any of this. I was sold this product under a false pretense and would like a full refund
