Purchased $5000 worth of countertops from floor and decor **********. The manager from ***************************** came out and Measured resulting in countertops being two inches too short. Inquired about a refund I was told I had to give them a chance to make it right. Waited another week for countertop to be delivered this time. The countertop was ten inches too big in a different spot. I Gave them one chance to make it right and they messed up now? I want to get my money back. This is completely unprofessional and they are treating us as if our money did not matter our time since we have missed now 2 days of work. Please help this is unacceptable. After them s******* up two times I have every right to get my money back. Not to mention we drove an hour out of our way to pick the slab. We were receiving then once they missed that 1 up we were not given a chance to choose again ending in a result that was not the one we picked.Initial Complaint

Please see the reviews on the product they are selling, Optimax Flooring, from Swiss Krono AG, of which I will be reviewing as well after taking a whopping $13,000 loss due to a defective product. The store puts it strictly in the manufacturer's hands who commissions an inspection (in this case, the inspection was a complete farce). Prior to having to follow this drawn out "claims process" set forth by the store level issues. I actually came to the store once installation had began and shared my time constraints with finishing my house project and moving in (which I have not met and had to extend leases, etc $$$) I shared the warped product with the store manager, he refunded me for a handful of boxes I knew I wouldn't be needing and acknowledged the warped product. He refused to refund the full product because it was "out of box" and had been "installed". He gave me the planks that he deemed warped and defective and told me to keep them to show the inspector after going through the "claims process". (the inspector deflected these, did NOT inspect them, though the inspection report said he did). Also, inspector lied... flooring has been under A/C since installation. I had the baseboard installed after the flooring claim was filed and my email photos prove this. You may choose to not acknowledge them now...I am pulling up warped flooring that looks like banana boats. See the reviews at: https://www.houzz.com/discussions/6110154/optimax-eco-resilient-flooring#******** So many people ripped off and told the same thing. What a shame.THIS IS CLAIM 04696864.https://www.houzz.com/discussions/6110154/optimax-eco-resilient-flooring#******** https://www.houzz.com/discussions/6110154/optimax-eco-resilient-flooring#******** HOW CAN YOU EVEN DISREGARD THIS because of this FARCE inspection report. This is causing me financial hardship and you guys are pointing the figure at such a reputable installer for so many stores here in Pinellas County.
