I never gave my information to this business, but they have called me every 1-2 days for the past few weeks. Each tie, it's obviously a robocall; I hang up and block the number, but they call back using a different number the next time.Business response

Keep getting unsolicited calls from them from different phone numbers. I block the numbers every time but by they keep calling. I dont know how they got my number. They are not receptive at all to me telling them to stop calling me. Its clearly a scam.Business response

"DegreeSearch" keeps calling me multiple times a day from different numbers. I block every call I get but somehow they just keep calling from random numbers with a robot asking if I can hear her ok. I have NEVER done business with them and never will. I ask for a manager and I get hung up on by the robot. This has been literally every day since June 2023 as you can see from the pictures I added. I want them to stop calling me ASAP and take my number off of their call lists!Business response

EXCESSIVE CALLING. I receive scam phone calls from degree search multiple times a day. They say they are a company that helps job seekers find a job. I block the number and they just keep on calling from different numbers. Its harassment. When I tell them to take me off of the call list they immediately hand up on me and a different representative from a different number will call me again.Business response

This business continues to call robo call me from random 469 area code numbers at all times of the day. This is harassment. I have never done business with this company or requested any services from them. Im requesting that they will stop calling me on their behalf or on behalf of any of their associates. Im requesting that I be removed from their calling, email, or any other lists they have me on.Business response

Excessive calling. I need this company to STOP constantly calling me. I did not inquire about this, and I am NOT interested in this. I am constantly blocking the numbers they call on then they call from another. I have asked to be removed from the call list and they just hang up on me. Please make this stop. This company calls me 2-3 times a day from different phones numbers. My phone is on the *** registry and I have never asked to be on a call list of email. I have heard the selling line once live and now I have a recording they left a voicemail. The message is something like, "This is degree search and we have multiple job opportunities in your area, what type of I job are you looking for. We have research and educational opportunities" I am not looking for a job!!! Also when you call the number back, there is no company recording stating the name, the message just states thanks for calling customer service, press 1 to talk to a person press 2 t be placed on our do not call list. Neither option works. I report every call to the *** registers and when they call me I know it is a scam, so t hey get one of my recordings in kind......I just want this company to be held liable for these abusive invationBusiness response

We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience and calls placed by DMS or it's partners may have made. We have added your number to our internal Do Not Call list so you should not receive any further calls. We have also looked into our automated DNC system and did not identify any issues with the current functionality.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I never have done business with this company and my phone is on the Do not call list. So that suggests to me this company is breaking the law. Cn BBB found out how they got my number in their system

I receive calls from random numbers claiming they are from this company three to four times a day. If I block one number they will call from another one the next day. I dont recall signing up for this and would like to no longer be contacted by anyone claiming they are from DegreeSearch.
