At the end of 2023 I received an unsolicited issue of ************** in my mail. Thinking I'd been signed up by a family member for the holidays I didn't investigate this further. However, as the months have gone on no one has come forward to say that they have done so. I called Vogue on 05/22/2024 and was informed that I had been signed up by this company without my consent or knowledge. The representative at Vogue directed me to speak to the company about the subscription. They were able to suspend the magazine from being delivered to me. I never heard of National Publishers Exchange so I did some research before contacting them on my own and was dismayed at what I found. I called back Vogue requesting proof to be sent to me to confirm that I never consented to a subscription and to show that I requested delivery to be halted in the event a future bill was sent to me by this company or Vogue. I was told by their representative there was no way to prove that I didn't sign up for the subscription despite being initially told that it was National Publishers Exchange who initiated the subscription (without my knowledge). The subscription expires in September of 2025 and I do not agree to pay for a magazine subscription I was signed up for without my consent.

On 1/19/2024, I received an unsolicited copy of ********************* When calling ** regarding any transactions, I was informed that a company called "National Publishers Exchange" had placed an order for my address for a two year subscription. I asked the ** customer service representative to cancel the subscription, as it was without my knowledge, request, or consent; they said they were unable to do so and I would have to contact NPE directly. I called NPE several times, but was unable to contact anyone. From others' experience, NPE has scammed others in the past with a similar tactic. I have informed Vanity Fair of this fraudulent subscription and have requested that Vanity Fair cancel any future orders due to this issue. I would like to reiterate that I have no prior contact with National Publishers Exchange or Vanity Fair, nor have I provided consent of any personal details to this company in the past. I am very concerned and would like an explanation of how they received my personal details. I am requesting that all of my personal information be permanently deleted from their databases, as well as ensure this subscription is immediately canceled and that I am not billed for this fraudulent subscription.Thank you in advance for your time and assistance with this matter.

This business solicited purchase of the magazine Vanity Fair without my consent. I have received 2 copies and called the magazine to stop future copies from coming to my house. I recently received an unsolicited issue of GQ Magazine. Upon contacting GQ customer service and attempting to cancel the subscription, I was informed that the subscription was placed through National Publishers Exchange, an independent organization that I have had no prior contact with. This subscription was placed without my consent or knowledge even though I did not supply my personal information to National Publishers Exchange and never agreed to this magazine subscription. I would like this unauthorized subscription to be formally canceled.

Out of the blue two magazines, Vogue and Vanity Fair, were received at one of my employer's locations, it was actually not even the office I work in. I never subscribed to these magazines and in fact do not even read them. I called the customer service line on the cover and was told that the subscription was requested by a third party company called National Publishers Exchange. They told me they woudl suspend but that they could not cancel and that I needed to call National Publishers Exchange and gave me a phone number. I tried calling but the number was not in service and I could not locate a working number using ****** searches. I have never heard of this company and do not want these subscriptions. How someone obtained my information and a random office address for my employer is beyond scary. I would like to ensure these magazine subscriptions are immediately canceled and that I am not billed for any of these fraudulent subscriptions.
