Bought my dram car from Florida Auto Exchange and I was over the moon. I’m 75 years old and couldn’t believe my eyes. 2011 BMW Z4 convertible. WOW!!! Had it checked out and it seemed flawless. Now I’m not stupid and I anticipated having problems down the road but I NEVER thought less than 3 hours after taking the keys that I would have a problem. My top would not move. Called them immediately. Took my car to their mechanic. Long story short is my convertible top is shot. It will cost me $3000 to get it fixed. I called Florida Auto and they pretty much said too bad too sad. How can this be. Not even 3 hours of having the keys and they will not help me. Just told me I was on my own. I counted 5 times they said. “ it was working when you left here. Yea it was but THREE HOURS LATER the main feature of this car does not function!!! Maybe legally there is nothing I can do but morally I think it is disgusting that these people took an old woman’s dream and turned it in to an absolute nite mare. Just be very careful when you buy from FLORIDA AUTO EXCHANGE!!!Review from Yolanda D

I bought my car back in Feb 2021. Paula was my sales person. I have had no problems at all with the car. If fact my father has been buying all of his vehicles from FL Auto Exchange for decades. This is my third car I have gotten from them. Reading these horrible reviews. Don't believe what people say. They are a family owned company and have always been open and honest with my father and I. When I went to buy my car. I had an amount I wanted to spend on the down payment. The car I picked out was alot higher than I had. They played around with the numbers and made it work for me. They were all amazing. My car has had no problems what so ever. They have even check in with me to make sure the car was ok. To the reviews saying that they have had to spend hundreds of dollars on their car. It's a used car lot. Of course used cars are going to need some work done especially if you are putting a lot of miles on the car. And if your not keeping up with the regular check ups and oil changes. My dad has had to bring his car in for work and they have always been fair with him. They have even given him a loaner while is car is being worked on. Your car is going to need expensive work on it. And if you don't make your car payment. They will come get their car. It's their right. To the people reading these reviews. Remember there is always 2 sides of the story. It's sad that when things don't go their way. People will blast company's name without thinking twice. Don't always believe what is said Bottom line is if your looking for a used car with outstanding customer service. Florida Auto Exchange is the place to shop. They are really open and honest people. They will work with you to get you into a vehicle. I absolutely love the atmosphere there.
