Hygienic Air came today and cleaned our a/c ducts and dryer vent. They were on time and got right to work! Extra care was taken with the interior of our home and they vacuumed necessary areas prior to leaving. They were very efficient and courteous. Yes I was happy with the job they have done for me and would recommend to other friends and families. However I have few questions regarding the service you provide; 1. Do you provide any guarantee on the work you do? 2. How long after would you suggest to do this cleaning and disinfectant the system. 3. Fantastic company from start to finish. Able to schedule online with follow up texts for verification and info on when the techs would arrive. Both workers were polite and kind as well as efficient. The area around my dryer was cleaned up upon completion and they offered me the option to see the actual lint and dirt blown out the vent. Photos of before and after were texted to me and a phone call to make sure I was satisfied and to remind me that a yearly cleaning is the safest plan. I highly recommend this company!
