    This company has lied and gaslighted me for two lease terms. I was forced into resigning that second year when they removed a roommate from the lease without my consent within the 60 day end of lease window causing me to be ineligible to terminate the lease renewal. And yet later when asked if I could remove myself after putting on new tenants it was magically required that everyone sign off on it. They “don’t allow guarantors” was the response when I asked if I could remove my guarantor from the lease… that is false as they required me to have one. I was told I could be removed from the lease after adding new residents as they “do not do lease takeovers”, until I added those new residents and was told no. Assistant Manager Claudia refused to uphold promised policies, refused to follow up on calls or email me at all as she would never commit to any promises in writing. She would give blatantly different information to me than to my guarantor. Calls from my phone number and my guarantors phone number were screened and we could only get them to pick up if we called from someone else’s phone. They made changes to the parking policy mid lease without residents consent which increased prices mid lease despite having no warning or option to opt out. If I questioned an inconsistency or policy change, I was told I was “being aggressive” and she would refuse to help any further. At one point I was emailed a copy of my lease which turned out to be the wrong lease entirely, naming residents whom were not on my lease nor had I ever even heard of.
