The transaction occurred on 07/15/2023. THE AMOUNT OF THE TRANSACTION WAS 287.40. Encore Appliance came to my home was here maybe 10 mins. told me my dishwasher was fixed they were paid by my son with his debit card and he left. Following day 07/16/2023 when I went to use my dishwasher I encountered the same problem he was called for. Which was explained to him the previous day. The door of the dishwasher was not locking. Therefore the machine will fill but not operate beyond that point unless the door locks. The following morning 07/17/2023 I attempted to call Encore Appliance Repair. The man who was at my house answered the phone. I explained , he said he fixed the problem. I asked for my money back and he refused. I told him I was going to report him and he told me " to go ahead if that's what I need to do." I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there isn't one." he then hung up on me. I attempted to call back he wouldn't pick up. I then woke my son who is an Orange County Sheriffs Deputy to call him. He used my phone and he wouldn't pick up. My son waited one half of an hour and called from his phone. He picked up! My son informed him of the problem and he insisted again that he fixed the problem and there would be No refund. I want a refund. This man is a FRAUD. I spoke to several neighbors on our ******** App who have gone through the same thing. No repair and No Refund. This man is taking advantage of people who don't have the means to put up a fight against him. I have My children to Help but, the people I spoke to had no one.
