I have purchased Mazda SUV on Jan 29, 2023. There was TLP coverage included with the possibility of cancellation in any time and if cancelled within 30 days from purchase, it's fully refundable. On Feb 21, I have contacted Jesus Villeta, financial manager with whom I made a deal and who told me that I can contact him for all affairs, including TPL cancellation. On Feb 25, I sent him signed document as TLP Cancellation Request as he requested and it's all happening within 30 days of purchase what means I am eligible for full refund. I am told I need to wait 4-6 weeks for cancellation to be completed, but I haven't got any news even 2 months after. After several emails, without response, on May 31, I called their office and got Sales Manager, Steven B******, who told he will handle my request. Since then I am still paying for TLP that I cancelled and I haven't heard from anyone from Headquarter Mazda, even though I wrote a email to check the status. On this occasion, I am expecting immediate completion of my request as full refund as it's stated by the Agreement/Contract.Business response

I have personally emailed back and have made sure the cancellation request was processed. I have also issued a check to re-imburse any fee that was charged to Mr. ****** * ****** ******** ( General Manager of Headquarter Mazda )Customer response
