      Company did Kitchen/House remodel after we had a leak in our kitchen that ruined our cabinets and wood floors. They never finished our kitchen and floors and just disappeared on us. The floors are buckling throughout the house. Inspectors (2 different inspectors) from the flooring manufacturer came out and inspected them and said it was an installation issue. Rather than correct the issue they just ghosted us. Attorney sent a demand letter and they ignored that letter also. Won't answer our phone calls or email.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/04) */ We had contacted Mr ********* in regards to his warranty claim. As we have told him a number of times per our contract a stop work order is placed when payments are not made. Mr ********* has a past due balance and therefore we are unable to assist him with any warranty work when work has not been paid for per contract. Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2022/05/17) */ So let me get this right.. They did over $13,000.00 in damages to our house and he wants me to pay him $1,500.00?? Sounds like the email scam where you've won 1 million $$ but need to pay $2000 to get it?? How is that ok?? If he would just finish his disaster that he created this would all go away.. Business Response /* (4000, 21, 2022/06/10) */ This is all very disappointing we have been battling the supplier on his behalf this entire time and have yet to have a resolution with the supplier and have had to get legal involved which is a very time-consuming process and something that's been explained to ***** *********. The flooring company actually sent us a new floor to have installed into Mr *********'s house however it is not proper for his particular use and we don't feel confident in the longevity of this flooring company given the environment that the floor will endure. We have explained to him that this process could go on for over a year In addition we have offered resolution to his council to replace the floor with a floor that's going to be more suitable for his particular needs. We have also offered to go ahead and reimburse him for the cost of the actual floor minus any remaining balance. At this point I don't know how much we can possibly further help him if he's not willing to accept the help that we were offering. All suppliers and companies today are dealing with supply shortages staff issues and very long drawn out disputes between parties, his expectations of things happening overnight are unrealistic. As we have stated we are happy to help you but you're going to have to meet us in the middle.
