I had an appointment for an exterminator named **** on May 26th. He showed up to exterminate and he was with his new boss from Your Oasis ********* and said his company was now combined with Oasis. The owner of Oasis wanted me to sign up for reoccurring appointments and I declined. He asked multiple times and I definitely didn't want to use their company after his aggressive approach so I declined again and payed my invoice with a check and did not sign up for any more services. Months later Oasis billed me for an exterminator visit that I didn't want and didn't know was happening and didn't give anyone permission to enter my property. I emailed them twice and told them I didn't want them in my yard and didn't ask or want service and therefore they were in the wrong and I wasn't paying for something that I didn't want. They never replied to my emails. They send me a second invoice. I send another email. Finally **** texted me and I told him I didn't want the service and didn't ask for it and never did quarterly ever. Now they just sent me a letter that they were talking me to a debt collector. This is harassment and I am not happy and not happy if they try to ruin my credit.

Your Oasis Outdoor Care purchased Justified pest control in May of 2022. As part of the transition, we sent all active customers of Justified pest control a welcome letter to explain the purchase and welcome them to Your Oasis. There were a few accounts that we had not heard from. So, the prior owner of Justified ********************* and me, ************************ COO of Your Oasis went by these homes to answer any questions. ************* was adamite on us not signing her up for an auto draft option for payment that the vast majority of our accounts are on. She never stated that she didn't want to continue services and was happy that ********************* the prior owner of Justified pest control would still be her contact person and that we were keeping him as a manager within Your Oasis. Per the files attached you can see we performed a service following this meeting on 5/26/2022 and she promptly paid for that service on 6/6/2022. Her service with Justified pest control was pest control on a quarterly basis. We didn't change the frequency or her service charge amount. Her next regular service was on 8/25/2022. Your Oasis does not have long term contracts and we did not have her sign up for any auto draft for payment. Per the files attached we show that we email all accounts at the beginning of each month to notify them as to what day their service will be performed that month. Just in case someone doesn't need the services anymore. We did not receive anything from ************* regarding stopping the services at this time. The first correspondence we have about wanting to cancel the services is on 10/11/2022 via text and I have included that as well. I also included a document showing we cancelled her services moving forward on 10/11/2022 the same day we received the text. At this point she hadn't addressed the past due bill from the service performed on 8/25/2022. We tried multiple attempts. We finally mailed her a letter with an invoice attached and asked for payment to avoid any collection efforts. She did call the office and paid her bill and stated she was calling the BBB. We offered to have management call her to answer any disputes and we were told that it wasn't necessary.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
False- when I was adamant about not signing up for quarterly I told them I didn't want to be on quarterly. That should be the end of the story right there. Also I gave no permission to come in my yard in August because I didn't even know they were coming. That should also be the end of the story.
False-I told the office manager last week that I did want a phone call from the owner and my husband did want a phone call from the owner as I stated in my BBB complaint the day before. I did not file the BBB complaint after talking to her. I told her I filed it the day before. I was on speakerphone and I had a witness in the room as she knew because I told her I was on speakerphone and I told her who was in the room with me. I can back up that I wanted a phone call from them and it wouldn't be resolved till my husband or myself got a phone call. If his manager agreed with me that I shouldn't have to pay either. I told her I wanted to pay because I wanted this whole thing to go away because I don't want my credit ruined over something that is ridiculous. Now I regret paying it. They don't deserve my money
False. I called twice right after I received a bill for service in August that I did not approve. Left messages. My calls were not returned. I sent an email. Proof of which is in ****'s text to me. I then and only then replied by text.
False-I wasn't quarterly were justified. **** referred to it as quarterly when he would ask me if he was allowed to come for service but he did not do quarterly. Ever. Ask him for dates of his services at my location
False-They did not try to contact me. What they did was re-email a bill that I did not deserve because I did not want service and I did not give permission for them to come in my yard. I have multiple dogs and **** knew this. I didn't want them on the chemicals.
I would like to know why they submitted evidence as on the computer screen they canceled me but they never actually sent an email to me or called me on October 10. Where's the proof of that? They won't be able to find it because I didn't send an email
Where is their email proof that I agreed to quarterly? There isn't any. I did not agree to that.

If there was any miss communication between the two parties, we apologies. We have many channels to deliver any documented requests for extra services, billing, and cancelation. Once we received, we cancelled accordingly. There were notifications prior to all services without refusal of these two services in question. Account is cancelled and no more services will be performed.
