I originally contacted this business in 2022 regarding the warranty on my house coating. I was told that they did not have me registered as a customer and to send my contract. I told them I had it but needed to locate it. They refused to believe I was a customer. Due to Covid, I waited and reached out to them again in 2024 (Feb) to ask for assistance from them in having my house looked at due to several areas of the coating have peeled off and have white powder behind it. I have pressure washed and kept clean per instructions and this is supposed to be a lifetime warranty. I mentioned at a home show to one of their sales team that I was unhappy and no one contacted me. The nice lady saidnshe would have the owner call me. I received a call from the owner (*****). He accused me of never calling and asked me for my contract. I emailed him 4 times with the information and called twice. I have not received a call, email or any communication.My understanding from their multiple poor reviews is that this is common and how they do business when you need warranty service.Initial Complaint

The exterior of the house was painted with a ceramic paint that has a lifetime warranty, contract is attached in February of 2012. As detailed in the pictures the white trim paint is bubbling up, we suspect that those specific areas were never prepped correctly by the painter. In accordance with the liftetime warranty guidelines we powerwash the house once a year. We have called the company at least 10 times, left messages and still have not heard back from them.Initial Complaint

Had made a down payment to Mr. H******* on a house we used to own. The house had mold infestation, and we were in the process to have it remediated/remodeled. Mr. H******* and his son came to our house to give an estimate/quote. We paid him $!685 as a deposit on May 13, 2021 via *****. The real estate market had spiked and we ended up selling the home - not needing Mr. H*******'s services. My wife had called to get the deposit back, explaining that we sold the home. Mr. H******* said he would mail us a check. He never did. We called him repeatedly. Most of the time he didn't answer. When we were able to get him, he claimed he would send us the money. He never did.
