So sorry your weren't satisfied with the information provided to you. I can understand how not charging you for that additional labor the first time may have been confusing. We are always concerned with how we charge customers and never want to seem like we are changing prices once we get there. That is the reason for the price increase from a previous visit. With the rising cost of doing business, we can not absorb as many things as we once could.
We are sorry that we couldn't accommodate your pricing needs and hope you find the service for your above ground swimming pool you want at the price you are looking for. I am glad we were able to be of assistance the past few times you called on us.
