      I placed an order on 11/3 for a valance. I received two order confirmation emails that look exactly the same. One on 11/3 and one on 11/5. My credit card was charged for $43.05. I have not gotten my valance yet. I have called their phone number I found on their web page I think at least twice and left a message on voice mail. On 11/18, I replied back to the order confirmation email asking when my valance will be shipped. I emailed David (owner I believe) on 11/28. I have received no other communication from DSL Supply about my valance. I really want the valance. I will contact my credit card money to get my money back if this review doesn't help.

      David ******* at DSL told me in December they had two heaters in stock for me but only sent one with no explanation. After multiple emails and phone calls with--no responses --he finally sends the wrong heater 2 weeks later from a 3rd party. Again, no explanation and no response from Mr. *******. After 6 frustrating and infuruating weeks, I was finally able to return the wrong heater back to the 3rd party. But now to add insult to injury, Mr. ******* chose to not only ignore my multiple requests for a refund but he challenged my claim of the missing heater. It took another several weeks of dispute documentation to VISA to finally force DSL to credit back the charge for the missing heater. DO NOT ORDER any products from DSL unless you are prepared for messed up shipments, no refunds, and unanswered emails and phone calls. I'm sure Mr. ******* will argue his case here but I have 4 months of documentation to prove my claims.

      I called and tried to get info for an air/heater. I called 1.888.482.4436 was spoken to rudely accused of being a scammer by a man named David and hung up on. I called back and told the lady what had happened. She thought she hit the hold button and did not. She mocked everything I had said in a rude voice called me a foul name and hung up. Never in all of my years of retail have I been spoken to like that.

      Dear Kristie D***, Sorry if in any way you felt any disrespectfulness on our behalf. DSL Supply receives over 560 calls per day requesting product orders from customers and shipped to second and third parties. Our merchant policies forbid this. After reviewing the the two phone conversations, I feel our company acting in the right matter. On June 8th I informed you of our policies and you detested them over our phone conversation for the third time. At the end the customer and our company reached an agreement to have the AC delivered to his sisters home address. As a business owner yourself, you should know the challenging safety of consumers ID information and credit card fraud within the business now.

      On 10/29/2021 I purchased a 30-Gallon 20"D x 30"H Lowboy Electric Water Heater Top Connect A.O. Smith® Mfg #ECL 30 from DSL Supply Inc. in Clermont Florida. I spoke to Dave who insured me it was in stock and would be delivered within 3 to 5 days. The item never came. After 7 days I called Dave, he told me it would be there the next day. The item never came. I again called Dave, NO Answer. The next 2 days NO Answer. After that I called on my wife's cell phone and Dave answered and said he would find out what happened. After 2 1/2 weeks No Dave and No water heater. I again called Dave who did answer and said he would refund me in full. Refund never came. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company. Beware of this guy!!!

After we received the heater back we refunded you to total balance. Since this is a public format I will forward a copy of sale time line to your email of file. Sorry for the miscommunication.
