I ordered 2 pallets of Bermuda sod 3 weeks ago and never received it. I paid 628.09 bucks for it and now I have to fight against a crime company to get my money back. Everyday they told me another lying story about my delivery, they must have a book to reed all these lies. I hope for all next customers from them they read first this before they order sod from that crime company.

I ordered 2 pallets of Bahia sod on the 25th April they said 2 to 3 days delivery then they sent a message to say because of all the rain it would be the following week which I was ok with. The following week came and went, I called many times they never pick up, I sent messages though messenger they would take days to reply, in the end I asked for a refund of $369.15 on May 8th I still have not received my money and now they do not reply at all. It should be no stars very bad company.

My experience with this company has been nothing but a nightmare, and I feel cheated and scammed.On Saturday, April 8th, I placed an order for sod with a promised delivery within 2-3 days. However, I did not receive the sod or any communication from the company by Wednesday, April 12th. I had to contact the office myself, and I was informed that the delivery would be made on Friday, April 14th. I replied immediately stating that the date would not work for me and requested to reschedule for the following week. Representative called me back and assured me that delivery would be made on Tuesday, April 18th, with a confirmation email and a 45-minute courtesy call. To my dismay, I came home on Sunday, April 16th, to find that the sod had already been delivered without my authorization or acceptance. During delivery, the driver trespassed onto my territory and drove across my front yard, damaging the head to my sprinkler system. The sod I received was of terrible quality, very dry, and not suitable for placement. My lawn maintenance team refused to install it, stating that they could not guarantee that it would take even with expensive watering. I immediately contacted the company and left a voice message followed by an email and multiple messages every day since last Sunday requesting replacement with acceptable quality or a refund so that I can buy good quality sod elsewhere. However, no one returned any of my calls or responded to any of my messages. customer service is non-existent, and it appears that the company is out there to take customers' money without delivering quality products or services. I did not authorize or accept this delivery, and the product quality is unacceptable. I feel cheated and scammed this company. Buyers beware! I will urge you to take this matter seriously and rectify the situation immediately.

The delivery of the "Sod" was December 2,2022 at 7:52 pm. It was the last pallet on the truck. After the truck driver unloaded the pallet he left. I went to inspect the product and it was HIDEOUS, to say the least!!! I watered it and then waited until morning,( it was MUCH WORSE than I first thought). I wish I could show you the pictures, it was more dead grass and other stuff I can't really explain! I've contacted the company several times by email and phone calls without a response. So now I'm contacting you and also my bank. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and shouldn't be in this profession if this is what they consider "QUALITY PRODUCT AND PROFESSION"!
