I have never been so disrespected. I called to cancel the service after them not showing up. In spite of the cancellation they showed up anyway pulling in front of the towing service I requested. When I told the driver I was not going to use their service he continued to hook up my truck anyway. We had asked if he was from Geico and he misrepresented himself and said he was. He refused to take my truck off of the lift and pulled to the other side of the road with it, telling me that I'd be charged $100 for dropping it if he did not take it. We were in a remote location, it was dark and the real Geico truck had to leave, so we were forced to give him my keys. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have EVER had with a business.

Mr ****** tied to pull a fast one by calling two towing companies to tow his disabled vehicle in hope that one would get there sooner (Ignorant. Especially with the price of fuel today) When my driver arrived he proceeded to load the vehicle. The customer wanted to ride along in the tow truck but because of Covid we are not allowing passengers in our trucks. This has been our practice for the last year or longer. As this was taking place the second towing company arrived that Mr ****** called and they were allowing passengers. So Mr ****** asked my driver to drop the vehicle to which we had no problem doing however we needed to get paid for our travel time and load time. The standard drop fee is $100. Next time you call 2 towing companies to come assist you. You should cancel the other one out. Mr ****** fuel isn't free. Have a nice day.

First, the name is ******. Secondly, the "facts" as stated in the response are blatantly untrue.
As stated in my initial posting, I had contacted my extended Warrenty company that reached out to your company. After waiting an extended period we called ************ to cancel the tow truck. I personally spoke to the person at ************, who confirmed that he was canceling the tow. I also informed the dispatch that I was calling my insurance company.
When the Lake County driver arrived, the driver stated he was from my insurance company, which was a lie. The real driver from my insurance company informed him that he was responding at my request. I informed the Lake County driver that I did not want him to touch my truck, yet he continued to hook it up in spite of my numerous protests. The driver was totally unresponsive to my requests to stop, so I called the police. Only after another hour of being on the side of the road, with no police response, in a relatively remote setting, in the dark, with our phones dying and our insurance company driver having to leave did I begrudgingly surrender my keys to the driver. Any deviation from this account is a masterful fabrication that is not only dishonest but a deceitful lie. I am certain that the 5 young men that had parked their car behind outwits their flashers on would be willing to support our recalling of the incident.
