No shower mats or rugs outside the bathrooms which I have seen that a review that a woman fell in the shower. The floors look like they've never been cleaned. There's no garbage disposal, & it doesn't matter if they have a septic tank or not & that's the reason they advertise six star service. They wouldn't respond during business hours about their breakers flipping which was done by the catering company THEY PREFERRED who then said"oh this happens all the time".Then no one fixed it. Numbers wouldn't respond. This was around 5pm. There was no information in the pamphlets left on where the breakers were. So for almost half a day we went without power in two main rooms and during the event we were holding there. There was a broken lamp outside & the attractions were not to full capacity & did not work as advertised. They had mold on them & could have used a power wash months ago. The human bowlingball wouldn't stay inflated for proper use for one persons turn even. It looks halfway patched. The soccer balls that stuck to the soccer darts had the Velcro ripping off all over them & then the new balls that were to be blown up we're barely in better condition. The human whack-a-mole attraction had broken balls scattered all around it and dirty balls all over the ground & was not set up when we arrived. The purple chair upstairs had a broken leg from before us. A hand railing broke over normal use that was already not installed properly. We want refunded for the railing charge. It seems as though things in the house are broken they did not check and they just charge whoever was in theThis is false advertising & feels like a scam, the photos & videos seem to be of a time when this place was in better shape. Bring everything into working shape or change your advertisement to the truth. THIS IS NOT LUXURY. This will be the first step of many for a refund for the railing if not resolved here. I am doing this on behalf of the rentees.
