      Date of the transaction: 1/4/23 Amount of money I paid: $15.59 What the business committed to provide me: A removal of this charge after a couple of billing cycles since the manager of *********************** Services told me months ago I would not have to pay this bill since the nurse that called me did not tell me I would be charged for the phone call!What the nature of the dispute is: I was told I would not have to pay this bill but it looks like the manager lied to me since I keep getting billed for this amount. Again, I was not told when the nurse called me I would be billed for the phone call! Had I been told this I would have immediately hung up the phone!The business does not take the charge off and they keep billing me for this amount! They were threatening to send this bill to collections so I paid the bill! Patient Account #: ************

      Good afternoon

      Thank you your concern, and ae apologize about the delay. The patient's complaint was from a third party nurse phone visit. It was documented that it was a phone visit with patient. The patient's concern in regards to bill was delivered to the correct department, and the bill of ***** is rectified. We have apologized for his inconvenience and are implementing a better workflow so patients better understand. Patient verbalized understanding. Thank you

      I was told I would receive a $25 gift card but I haven't received it yet. I was told I would be called and then I would have to go to the Florida Community Health Center here in ************** to pick up the gift card in person but I haven't been called yet and haven't received the payment!

      I received $20 cash from Florida Community Health Center but I have not been contacted about reapplying for the  "Sliding Scale" fees. I'll send them a message through their portal to see if I can reapply. Since I did receive a refund for $20, not the $25 Gift Card they told me over the phone I would receive, I am satisfied for that amount. Thank you.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I received $20 cash from Florida Community Health Center but I have not been contacted about reapplying for the  "Sliding Scale" fees.
