I booked parking with Parkncruise for a cruise starting on 4/4/20 to 4/11/20. The cruise was cancelled because of Covid. I requested a refund well within the 8 days to cancel for a full refund. I talked to a representative of the company around March 2020 and was told because of Covid they were not doing refunds at that time and I needed to wait. I finally got an email from them on June 15, 2021 saying I could not get a refund but I could reschedule to park there when I booked another cruise. I emailed them back with a new cruise date for 2022 but that cruise got changed to a new date of January 2022. I have called them multiple times, emailed them multiple times and with no response. I paid $89.36 for this parking service and they have not responded to my calls or emails and if you look at the reviews of this company on line, I am not the only victim. At this point I want my money refunded, they are not a reputable company to deal with. Can you help me. I can fax supporting documents receipts, email correspondence for your investigation.
