On or around December 2021 /January 2022, I loaned the owner of Chelsea Chanelle (owner Chelsea L****) a brand new, never opened Navage Nasal Care cleaner, as she was suffering a sinus headache. I drove home and got it and drove it back to Chelsea at the salon. I paid $99.95 plus tax ($7.00) totaling $106.95 for said device. I asked Chelsea for said device back twice, since loaning it to her, prior to her releasing me as her client (on March 31, 2022). She told me both times that she "forgot to bring it to the salon". She previously told me she was "cutting back on clients" so I was prepared for the separation of ties from her. I made an appointment with a new lash tech that same day (**** with **********). I texted Chelsea back that same day (March 31, 2022) and advised her that "all was well and that I had made an appointment with someone else", and asked her "let me know when I can get my Navage back and I'd stop by and pick it up". She did not respond. On April 12, 2022 I texted Chelsea again and asked her to "please let me know when I can stop by to pick up my Navage machine that I loaned you" She did not respond. On April 13, 2022 I texted Chelsea and asked her again to "let me know when its at the salon and I will stop by and pick it up or you can ship it to me at (provided my home address), or you can PayPal me the cost of the machine. I paid for it, It was brand new, never used when I loaned it to you. I want my property back". She did not respond. I have done a lot for Chelsea, from taking her broken table to a glass repair shop to get repaired and bringing it back after being repaired, typing a letter to immigration when they were questioning her citizenship, cooking her home made lunches when she didn't feel good, to picking up lunch for her several times (with desert), as well as picking up groceries for her....etc... I did that because I am a nice person, but I am not so nice that I give away $106.95. I feel she owes me $106.95 for the Navage.
