            Consumer indicated she has a broken hand and could not write a complaint. This complaint was taken over the phone. Complaint: My generator was put in at the end of June with 2-year complete parts and labor warranty. The generator is not running, and they told me I was on my own, 6500 dollars later. I have no place to put the 2 children that I live with in this 104-degree heat with no lights, AC, or refrigeration. The owner refuses to work with me on this. This is an emergency situation and there's nowhere I can go to solve this. I am stranded because of this company. Desired settlement: I want a refund for my generator since they will not fix my generator under warranty. There are plenty of other companies that I can get a generator from. They have my money and I have a unit that doesn't work. I cannot in good heart trust them to fix it correctly because they didn't fix it to begin with.

            TERRIBLE! My RV generator failed under warranty. They told me 12-15 weeks to get a replacement! I called the RV OEM and they offered to send one. Mike, refused to install it! He said he was not going to install it and I was on my own. How can he expect me not to try and help get one earlier? I give Coachmen credit for stepping up to help, but Mike has now lost a 20+ year working relationship with me. How can he expect me to be satisfied waiting 3-3.5 months for a replacement under warranty?
