    I orderd clothes (nine hoodies to be specific.) from an intsagram account/online shop named ****/Noralache. It seemed legit and I really liked the products being sold at the time and, the items shipping time advertised on the website was 3-6 weeks so I bought them. It has now been three months and going on to be four in the middle of May. I am making this complaint because during all that time I have yet to recieve any updates or notifications about the condition or where my order even is or, what's happening with it. So I contatced **** throug the cutsomer support email provided by the bussiness and, no response. I try texting and calling the accounts the bussiness is linked to and still no response. The website is currently down however, the shop is still up and running on social media which then led me to believe this was a scam. I have evidence to back up this claim including photo evidence along with no response from customer support for quite some time as stated before has me very worried about my order and the money I spent on it. I would perfer not to have the be order completed and would like a refund do to the bussiness and the practices it wishes too excersice. As a consumer/customer I have had a poor experience with the brand and would not wish to do bussiness with them and would like a full refund.

    I had purchased an Umbreon hoodie from him Aug 2022. I had received no news or email on my hoodie so I reached out to Nora. After a couple of weeks, he finally responded. He apologized and said he was behind (which looking at the other reviews it seems to be his #1 excuse) and said he would send it out along with a halloween t-shirt (as this was now October). It is now April 2023. I never received the hoodie or the t-shirt. THANK GOD I made my purchase through AutoPay and was able to get my refund back. Communications are awful and you will be lucky if you even get your product, let alone the right one. If you decide to purchase from this guy, do what I did, that way if you don't get the product at least you'll be able to get your refund.
