      I orderd clothes (nine hoodies to be specific.) from an intsagram account/online shop named ****/Noralache. It seemed legit and I really liked the products being sold at the time and, the items shipping time advertised on the website was 3-6 weeks so I bought them. It has now been three months and going on to be four in the middle of May. I am making this complaint because during all that time I have yet to recieve any updates or notifications about the condition or where my order even is or, what's happening with it. So I contatced **** throug the cutsomer support email provided by the bussiness and, no response. I try texting and calling the accounts the bussiness is linked to and still no response. The website is currently down however, the shop is still up and running on social media which then led me to believe this was a scam. I have evidence to back up this claim including photo evidence along with no response from customer support for quite some time as stated before has me very worried about my order and the money I spent on it. I would perfer not to have the be order completed and would like a refund do to the bussiness and the practices it wishes too excersice. As a consumer/customer I have had a poor experience with the brand and would not wish to do bussiness with them and would like a full refund.

      I ordered a hoodie back in December and I have not recieved it yet after multiple emails to the individual. i would like my item delivered because it was a gift for someone.

      I purchased a hoodie for $75 on December 3rd 2023, the expected ship time was 3-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I contacted the seller to ask what was happening, as I didn't receive the hoodie. The seller said he was behind on orders and that I would get a tracking number soon. 12 days later, I asked for the tracking number and he still hasn't responded.This business is fraudulent, as he charged my credit card immediately and hasn't shown good intent to produce the product and ship it.

      My boyfriend bought me a sweatshirt from him and gave it to me for Christmas and when I opened it he said "that's what was in there? That's not what I ordered" and he showed me the confirmation email and it was a different sweatshirt than what I got. I told him he should email him so we could exchange it, so he did. Days later, still no answer, so I emailed him. Days later, still no answer, so I DMed on Instagram, commented, emailed again. Still nothing. Looked up reviews and realised at this point we're lucky to have gotten anything since people a lot of times didn't even get anything from him. This is just ridiculous. If he was sold out of the one we wanted he should've told him and asked what he wanted instead. If it was a mistake, just respond to the emails and fix it. I just want my pain and panic hoodie my boy got for me :(

      Purchased Denim Jeans for $99 * Purchased on March 4th, 2022. * Haven't received them, asked for a refund multiple times, haven't heard anything back * have emailed owner multiple times. Has lied about when it would be shipped multiple times. * Many other people are having issues and not receiving orders too.
