I rarely write reviews, especially positive ones. When I do take the time out to write one, it’s because I am highly impressed and beyond satisfied with the product or service I have received. I highly recommend using Affordable Water and Mold Removal if you are experiencing a mold issue or believe you might possibly have one on your hands. I have had a major leak in my home and wanted someone to come out and do a mold inspection to gather a second opinion on the situation, whether there was indeed the presence of mold as well as the severity of it. I was surprised that I was offered a same day appointment for them to come out and do an initial inspection/ assessment. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go through with the same day appointment due to a family emergency and cancelled last minute. However, Daniel was extremely kind and understanding and was able to get me scheduled a different day. He was very flexible and I was impressed and thankful he was able to get something worked out around my schedule. The assessment/inspection he did was very throughly done with great attention to detail. Even checking for things I would have never thought to check. Not only was the inspection more detailed and professional than the other company who had come out to do the first assessment, the overall process was top tier compared to the competition. He took pictures and documented everything that was put into a report detailing it all. I appreciated that I was able to fully understand what all the findings were and the recommendations moving forward. Very professional, efficient and just overall an A+ company! No one ever wants to be faced with a mold problem or water damage but if you do have to deal with something such as that, this company is the way to go! If I could give 100 stars I would!

I called Affordable Water and Mold Removal because of concern about the possibility of mold in the attic due to missing segments of ridge caps after the hurricane. Daniel gave me a target timeframe and arrived on time. He and Jim examined the attic and gave me an honest assessment that there was no observable mold and no need to do any mold testing there. He pointed out that there was some mold in the garage and gave me a reasonable quote. I trust Daniel’s judgment fully.

I would highly recommend using Affordable Water and Mold Removal. They responded quickly to my call. After a thorough examination, it was determined it was a problem with the window installation and that there was no mold. They were very honest and informed me that I had caught the damage prior to needing their services. They also informed me what the window company needed to do to fix the windows. Thank you ever so much!!!
