            We are in the process of purchasing a cottage in Lattitude Margaritaville HH, SC. We signed the contract in March 2021. We made our selections and color scheme of the cottage. Well the process has been really slow. We understand this and have been ok with it. In the mean time we rented a cottage there just like the one we are building. While living here we noticed that a large number of the cottages have the same color scheme we chose (Scheme 7). It kind of detracts from the whole Caribbean theme. I know when we made choices there are supposedly no changes, but paint should be different. I house is still way behind. No siding or sheet rock has been done. Painting is still far off as we only have Tyvex paper on the house. I went to to the sales office and asked if I could change the color to (scheme 6-salmon) and was bluntly told NO. I am hoping someone will see the issue with this and in the hopes of making the area cottages look more Caribbean help me fix this. Please do not refer me back to that sales office. I have searched all over to find a contact for Minto outside the area, but cannot locate one.
