            April 2023 my wife purchased a 5-Quart Dutch Oven from HSN. In September, the coating on the Dutch Oven started peeling in multiple areas. My wife called HSN, and she was told to reach out to Synergy House Wares. After reaching out to them, we received an email saying that they were out of the product. but would send us a replacement when they receive the item in 4-6 weeks. It has now been 12 weeks and no replacement. I have reached out to them multiple times via email, but no response. The worst customer service I have ever received.

            I purchased an air *************************** By May 2021 the air fryer stopped working. Per instructions we sent proof of purchase including a picture of the cut cord on the broken air fryer. We received a replacement August 2021. It arrived with a broken timer and no other replacement was given.. i had worked through the broken timer and now March 2023 I am faced with another broken air fryer. . $229 appliance should last more than one year. Contacting customer service about the latest fryer I was told my one year warranty expired and I would not get a new fryer. The agent was nasty and kept repeating only one year warranty and the one year and too bad thats our warranty . Their customer support/service does not support the customer. I see the other complaints are so much alike. We purchase these high priced air fryers that stop running around the one year **** or a little after

            Customer was contacted and confirmed the oven is working however display is not. The customer is aware that the item is out of warranty and unfortunately we do no repair or fix items. As a one time courtesy in good faith a partial refund will be provided to the customer.
