  Hello They sold me off to a 3rd party without my knowledge.Also other unfair business practices.As a result:1 false promises made (2nd party)2 false impressions were made 2nd party 3 I feel intentionally miss lead With long Arduous stories of good intent. (2 ND party)4 damage property 3rd party 5 long draw out delivery 3rd party 6 intentionly drawn out insurance process 3rd or 4th party 7 conclusion made:they never planned on doing the insurance payment based on #6 as so completely outlandish red tape filled with documents to fill out to no avail.

  They took my deposit and did not perform services. They never refunded me after multiple attempts for refund. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  My experience with Discount Van Lines exceeded my expectations. My 90 year old furniture with glass didnt have a scratch. Nothing was broken. They were timely and professional. I appreciated the coaching on what I needed to do to with mail and personal materials. Bless the team that helped me !!

  Only Vans Moving and Storage has the best team all around. I used another company that Only Vans did warn me about but the other place made it sound very good. Well the other company never came to pick me up, thank goodness I have a good relationship with my bank and they did refund my money because it was a scam. I called Only Vans back the same day the other movers were scheduled to show up and didn't, and Only Vans showed up that day and got the job done in a matter of 5 days going over ***** miles! This is a trust-worthy company that will get the job done and make sure it's done right. If you're looking for a reputable company, THIS IS THE ONE!

  Thanks to Only Vans Moving I was able to get a miniature move done for a price far less than other quotes I've received. I was skeptical at first because the price was significantly lower but they completed the job perfectly! All of my stuff was delivered on time and in pristine condition. Best cross country movers with the best rates!

  I recently had to relocate due to my job. I moved from ********** to ******* and needed a full-service moving company to help with this transition being I was moving across the country LOL Only *********** and Storage called immediately after I requested a quote, the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot of things I didn't know about moving! She asked for my inventory and organized everything room by room which made it very easy to read and understand. When the movers arrived they told me ***** over estimated my job and my balance was lower than expected. My items arrived within 4 days and they set up my brand new home within hours!!! I couldn't have picked a better company for my move. I will continue to use them and refer to anyone else moving.

  I moved back in February from Brooklyn to Jupiter Florida I talked to Mr. G. he went over my inventory with me was very attentive and answered all my questions. I had a million things going on Joe really took a lot of the stress out of the move by sending me 3 packers the day before pick up who packed my whole house for me witch was a blessing I’m dealing with a health issue so I couldn’t pack myself… when the truck showed up the three gentlemen go all my stuff on the truck without a hiccup. The truck to about a week to get to me. When it arrived all my items were in the same condition the reassembled everything where I wanted it. I paid them and they left everything went smooth and I was very happy with the service 9/10 would recommend :) thanks guys !!

  This company decieves you into thinking you are working with a moving company. They take your money and pass you off....YOU then have to PAY the moving company they assign you- the moving company they assigned us was terrible and we had to make new arrangements with another company that was adequate.....Totally unprofessional....A CON JOB all they way....I don't know how these guys sleep at night.

  DO NOT TRUST THEM! they lie. they cheat. this company lied and called me from various numbers with different names to get my business. i found out because 1 person slipped and said the wrong business name when i called about my move. The day of my move- the movers were HORRIBLE. the manager of the move didn't call me back. my contact at the company didn't answer or call me back. to this day, no one called me. When i received my inventory, 90% of my stuff was broken or missing!!! One leg of a table was purposely removed and couldn't be found. The delivery people said that this damage could only happen if the pick up team purposely threw the boxes and stomped them. When i filed a claim with their insurance people, i am told because i signed that stuff was delivered, they can't help me. The delivery people circled and noted missing items but made me sign that the other boxes were received. if i didn't sign, they would take everything back. THIS IS A SCAM. THESE PEOPLE STOLE $3000 FROM ME AND STOLE MY STUFF!!!!!!!!

  DO NOT TRUST DVL. One of the worst movers. DVL quoted me for **** USD but ended up charging me ***** USD with broken furniture and lost items. No packing, not answering calls and lots of stress. I left over almost **** USD worth of furniture in ***** since the movers in the last minute asking me to book another truck to move the left over furniture and they simply dumped all the furniture into the truck, which doesn't have any number plate. Even the some loaded items were lost and some are in broken state. I ended up buying all the left over ones and the broken ones, which costed me around **** USD. In total I spent *****USD on the move from Teaxs to **, with the initial quote of **** USD. There is no value to the agreement, DVL should beg on roads, instead of cheating people with the wrong promises.
