      I Paid this company $9,593.00 for a travel Membership and have been unable to even get to speak to a person because the Phone number on the WELCOME letter reports DISCONNECTED and the *** number for *** SERVICES answers and gives a G_Mail address., SO< the bottom line is that I have received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR MY $9,593.. paid at the signing of the VACATIONS PLUS TRAVEL PRESENTATION, NOW YEARS AGO!!!!! Right after signing up for this I attempted to cancel it because of my CANCER and was told NO. After that I guess because of COVID they stopped answering calls and I have tried from time to time to reach them over the past few years and without being able to even talk to anyone, I NEED some help from somewhere!!!! Can you offer any help or suggestions?????? Thank you *****************************

I paid VPT the annual fee of $199.00 In 12/23/2022 I received an email from Destinations, membergetaways.com, stating I owed the an Annual fee of $199.00. I wrote an explained I paid the fee to VPT. Somehow they blocked me from VPT resort Services log in. I have been working with ********************* to get that resolved, but she hasn't been able to unblock my log in.I have received an communicated the following:Received 12/23/22 ******ID #: ******* Hi ***************************, Over the past 18 months we've made some fantastic improvements to enhance your Destinations membership with expanded services, new destinations and exclusive travel benefits available at guaranteed lowest rates! I wanted to touch base as your membership renewal is 15 days pastdue and you may have issues trying to access your site at this point.       June 29th 2021 tried to book trips. Trips were suppose to be very heavy discounted up to 50 % off not even close. Called company they said I did not opted out in the aloud time. They give you 3 days from the time you sign up Their is not way I could have known that they could not perform what they promised . I tried booking several trios and got the same answer that they could not save me the amount of money they quoted at the seminar. I have tried many times to call corp. office but I can never get through. I am 75 years old and just went through cancer surgery in March I feel this company is nothing but a scam.( Deceptive practices Promised 30 to 50% off and failed to provide promised services) I'm asking for a full refund of $3593.00. They also promised a free trip the company that handles the free trip asked us for a certified check for $100.00 which we sent to them and have for heard a thing about the free trip. This is a totaly fraudulent !!!!
