I deposited 86.and some change and now there talking about I need to verify my identity I done that on telegram and on the what's app and it was telling me my id was invalid but my id is just fine when I email hway the email address can't be found and I tried calling them and they will not let me talk to a real person is this a real bankBusiness response

On December 27th I transferred **** to my **** bank account into my ********************** account, on December 29th it says complete in my **** bank account, and when I go to my receiving bank account to see if the money has deposited into it it says $0 and I go to the transaction and it still says pending, I have tried to call the business in which my deposit it supposed to be deposited into and cannot get a hold of a live human being, after like 2 minutes on hold it hangs up on me and I email them they never answer back, I would just like my money back or to be deposited into my account I'm not even sure this company is real due to the fact that you can never get a hold of a live human and my money is not thereCustomer response
