On 9/20/16 All Brand Solutions installed a new A/C unit with 10 year warrantee on condenser and 5 on handler. On 3/3/22 I contacted the company because the unit was not cooling. They came out, did not inspect the outside condenser, and determined the leak was in the underground line. He stated he used an "Easy Seal Solution" to seal leak, added freon and charged up unit. I paid him $692 by check. Two days later the unit quit cooling. I called the company, they came out on 3/9/22. This time he inspected the outside condenser and upon pouring water on the coils, concluded the leak was in the coils. He then asked for an additional $120 to travel to Doral and pick up the part. I only had $100 cash on me and gave it to him. He returned a few hours later without the part, stating it was out of stock but he would solder the coils and add more freon which he did. . On 3/10/22 the unit, again, stopped cooling. I sent him a text stating that I had spent close to $800 and the unit was still not repaired as he had promised. He replied in his text that he did not like my attitude and that he would refund me the money (I have all the texts to prove this). I was not rude or disrespectful, just stated that I had paid him to repair the unit and he failed to do so. He never repaired or refunded and money to me so I had to call another repairman who was kind enough to come out on a weekend. On 3/12/22, this new repairman found 3 leaks in the coils, soldered them, and I paid him $550 by check for his service. I feel taken advantaged of. I feel All Brand Solutions should return all or at least part of the $792 in total I paid them as the job was never completed. They have ignored my texts and I can provide proof of the texts where he stated he would return my money. Most important is that he, Mr ****** and their company, should not be allowed to take advantage of anyone else as they did me. I am retired, over 73 years old, and on a fixed income.
