I purchased the vehicle brand new from Jaguar Lamd Rover Coral Gables and its been back and front in service longer than I owned it assuring me every time I picked it back up the issue was resolved when the attached photo indicator appears on the dash board of the vehicle it drives less than five miles almost causing someone to hit the back of my vehicle on several different occasions with my baby in the back seat and they keep saying its repaired now they stating after the third return it was a transmission and they want to keep driving it before returning it back to me this time, Im afraid of getting it back as it could have caused me and my babys life, they are still repairing it and guaranteeing safety again

The vehicle for **************** is complete and ready for pick-up and has been ready since June. **************** was notified at that time that her vehicle was ready but she refused to pick it up. We loaned her a vehicle while her vehicle was here and about a week after she was notified that her vehicle was ready she told us that our loaner vehicle had been towed away due to being parked illegally. We paid the fees associated with our loaner vehicle being towed and the charges to bring the loaner back to our store. **************** has the key to the loaner and has not returned it. The charge for that key is $520.00 if not returned.
Once again, ****************** vehicle is repaired and ready to be picked up.
