I feel that Miami Concrete ************ owner, ************************** do not act in good-faith, & uses unfair and deceptive acts or practices to take advantage of consumers like me by delivering incomplete and substandard work that is inconsistent with the terms of a fully paid contract and therefore I see it as acting in violation of the state's consumer protection law without consequence.After 4 months of waiting, of not being able to use the patio, the personal difficulties caused to me and my family due to the lack of work ethics & the poor work done to my property by this company I feel I have the right to request that ************************** owner of Miami Concrete Design returns my money for the patio project in order for me to hire a professional to repair the concrete in the patio area, & that he also returns my 50% deposit paid since September 7, 2023 for the driveway project that he has not even started work on.The Patio project which took them 8 weeks to complete is a disaster. A few days after completion spots started to appeared all over, even worse, the paint and products applied were peeling off(pictures attached). I was sold a job with a 10 year guarantee as established on the contract. The merchant is aware of my dissatisfaction and verbally agreed on November 17, 2023 to redo the job. Unfortunately for me it was just away out when presented with the evidence of the poorly job done in my patio. Instead of prioritizing my job, I was informed that repairs were only carried out on Saturdays & scheduled me for 12-9-2023. The team came & left due to equipment failure which I duly communicated to ********************* who chose to ignored me as he never responded to this date. I have been in contact with CTI based in ***** since they refered me to Miami Concrete D. They guarantee their products for up to 10 years when properly used by certified individuals. Its my understanding that CTI has also been in communication with ************************** in this regard
