We have used this product for many years, and had 4 new tubes that we keep in stock in our home, and continue to use.I can't even remember back how long we have been using this product, but just recently we are feeling deceived.I don't think that a normal consumer would feel any different than we do at this moment.You send your product in a box that is 5" X 2 1/2" X 1 1/2". A big box.And then you send a big tube that fits into the box.But the pictures I have sent are actually what a consumer GETS, and that is "Maybe" a bit more than a heaping TABLESPOON of medicine.The picture is a BRAND NEW TUBE, that has never been used and was JUST opened.To ME, that is extremely deceiving to consumers, and shameful on your marketing department.We are Seniors, and I am a Disabled ******** Veteran.We WILL NOT be back home until April 27th if you decide to call. We WILL have email service.Customer response

I have included a picture of the last 2 containers and boxes that we have of this medicine. It shows the batch numbers in the event that something was wrong with the filling process.
I am having a bit of trouble following along with your process.Kramer Labs has not responded to my complaint for SIX WEEKS, and I have already showed them a picture of a brand new tube with only a big tablespoon of meds in it.
I have never experienced a company that takes SIX WEEKS for a response to a consumer complaint, that alone tells you something.
If this is a huge deal for you or them, just cancel the BBB complaint and I will just write a review and contact Consumer Affairs.
