I have an Insurance plan with Best Global Insurance (***) to cover all my medical expenses.In January 2022 I became sick with Covid ************************************************************************* all required treatments and medical attention. BGI was duly informed that I was being treated at home wich was an advantage for them since the cost of treatment was considerably cheaper than being hospitalized At the end of treatment all invoices were sent to BGI for reimbursement as requested by them for an amount of $ ***** for the whole treatment 12 months have passed and I have only received $ ****** at my **** of America account We have contacted BGI on numerous occassions and have not received an answer to our claim of the amount missing We have called and only answer received is under review I believe that 13 months is plenty of time for evaluation and payment of a claim I have tried to contact personally the people responsible for BGI ( *************************** and ********************* de *******) and I have not been given an appointment I believe that by delaying my payment they will not pay their debts to me and many other people that have trusted them for insurance.Please help in resolving this matter and receive my payment Best Regards *********************************** ********************
