On February 28, 2023 I purchased an Online Master Class from Karen Paba. Attached is the invoice which I believe they made a mistake by putting January 3, 2023 as the purchase date. I have my email to proof that I receive the invoice on February 28th. The amount I paid for the class is $ ******. On March 25th, I sent them a text asking when are the classes suppose to start because I still didn't have access to the content of the course. They replied back by saying "thanks for reaching out to us. If you would like more information about the course you can reach out to us and/or make the payment directly through the links below". This message didn't make sense at all because I register for the class and made payment on February 28, 2023. On March 26th, I replied back to them stating "Hi...I already register and paid for the course but I would like more information of when it starts. On March 27th, they replied back to me stating "Welcome to the Karen Paba Institute please provide us with your email so that we can be able to check our system". I went ahead and provided them with the info and they replied back stating "perfect we will check your case and we will let you know". They never got back to me and I never had access to the course. Attached you will also find a pic of my conversation with them. At this point, I would like my money back because she is very irresponsible. I was so excited when I register for this course because she is one of the best in the industry just to find out that I was never granted access to the course.
