      I bought a money order from the company on 01/22/2024. The money order unfortunately was lost which is completely my fault. Now that I am needing either to cancel or get a replacement money order they will not help me. I contacted the place I got it from and they said I need to contact the company. I did and they said they need the money order stub which I have since it got lost. I have the receipt with the order number but they said that doesnt work for a replacement or cancellation. I let them know that money will sit there and I need it back they said no and said that I could be anyone asking for that check. How is this possible. I need help getting this money back it was a lot and was used to pay a bill for my small business.

      As part of the procedure to refund a lost money order, the consumer is instructed to provide copies of receipt, complete a stop payment money order form and identification.  
      The consumer submitted the required information on 02/05/2024 and a refund money order No ***** for the full amount of for $350 was mailed back to the consumer address via certified mail on 02/09/2024.

      Good afternoon on 418 2023. I went into a grocery store in ************** that thats located on ************************************************ the grocery store his phone number is ************. The grocery stores phone number I mean name is *********** LLC I went to send money to my friend in *****. He was in a hospital and needed money for medication. I was told the money would be available money was not available. I called nothing happened. I went back to the store the store informed me that the money was available on the 19th. Thats the day I went. I am for my friend they told me the money was still not available on the 20th I was leaving ************** to come back to ****** ******** where I read where I live before I left to come back to ******. I went to the store and spoke with someone else in the store. They informed me that I will not be able to get my money back. I sent $100. I asked him why we were on the phone with a supervisor name **** and their phone number is ************** and his name was spelled ***** he informed me that he will get my money back , today is May 15. I still not received my hundred dollars in a check they informed me that they were issued me $100 in a check once I put in the claim I put in the claim. I put in my claim and they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours for them to notify the bank wait for the bank to say they can send the money back its been a month now I want my money I spent nine dollars and I still dont have my 109 eight dollars. It was a total of $108 and Im supposed to be mailed a check can someone please help me with this attached is the receipt and a letter that they sent me after I put in my claim letting me know that Money transmission was refund it on and its a blank theres no date of when they refunded my money so its a bogus letter. If someone could please help me with this I want my money back. Thank you.

      This company keeps calling me incessantly. At least a dozen times a day. I have no involvement with them whatsoever and cant block their number. It is to the point that it is impacting my ability to get work done because they are calling the same line I use to speak with my students.
