Subject: Complaint Against P&A Group Incident No. *******, FSA reimbursement claim number ******* I am writing to formally file a complaint against P&A Group for their handling of my ************** Flexible Spending Account (FSA) claim, associated with Incident Number: *******. My employment was terminated on September 11, 2023. Subsequently, I made a claim for my ************** FSA expenses, which amounted to $3,541.61. However, my claim was denied due to an alleged policy requiring claims to be submitted within 90 days of termination. This denial was communicated to me only recently, despite my timely submission at the beginning of this year, well within what I understood to be the grace ******** was never informed, either during my employment or upon termination, of the 90-day submission policy for FSA claims post-termination. I have diligently searched for any such documentation or notice but have found none. The lack of clear communication and transparent policy guidelines from P&A Group has led to a significant financial loss on my part.The refusal to process my claim, citing a policy that was not effectively communicated, if it exists, seems unfair and unprofessional. It is my understanding that such practices might not align with the standards of business conduct as advocated by the Better Business Bureau.I hereby request your intervention in this matter to facilitate a fair and just resolution. I seek the reimbursement of $3,541.61, which represents my legitimate ************** FSA expenses.Enclosed are copies of all relevant communications and documents related to this issue.
