I don't know how they stay in business. ******* the owner is 100% COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. Work ethic no longer exists unfortunately. It is very hard to come by. His Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness is horrible. !!! Below is the review I left on his google page.... I reached out to WM plumbing on Feb 24 as we need a backflow installed on our property. He said he would come out the following Monday to look at the site. I kept reaching out asking when he was going to come by and a week later gives me an estimate over the phone without coming by. He then had me fill out permit paperwork and had one of his guys pick it up two weeks later. Then I reached out to him to see where we are at with the permit and getting the work done and he would not respond to my texts nor phone messages. I had to call from another telephone number so he would pick up the call. He could not give me a reason as to why he hasn't reached back out and tried to defer the questions. A month later He never submitted the permit and didn't even have the professionalism to reach out to me and tell me anything. He strung us along for almost a month with no information except telling me the job would cost $2100. I thankfully never hired them. But I would like to warn others, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Go somewhere else! I was able to get another plumbing company out here immediately who actually came out to our location and assessed the problem and are taking care of it. I don't even think their positive reviews are real. They must be from friends and family because they are trying to cover the negative reviews which all complain about the same thing .
