      Originally purchased new central air unit from All Year Cooling, *** on 05/01/2016. Unit was supposed to be 5 ton inside and out. They mismatched a 4 ton air handler with a 5 ton outside unit upon FPL audit. They informed me I was not getting 100% efficiency and that the unit would wear out prematurely now that it is broke they are unable to get parts Until September, I have called the manufacturer per their request to get the parts expedited and they have not assigned a case manager yet. They are unable to tell me when the part will be available. All I want is my air conditioning fixed.

      since the installation i had issue with pump and drain - leak from ceiling, stains, now i have issue with water on floor due to condensation since 2 years installation i have issue each time they found a new excuse not to fix drain nd pump when they intalled pump *** told me it was a berand new ones, i discover that it was my old pump that they put back since 2 years it had been a nightmare, having issue every 6 months with leaks, i never had issue with my ac b4 i changed with that company i have report from another company that stipulate issue with drain and pump, my home is so humid due to water from condensation - i want to have it fix ASAP - it is not good for my health, - i ve been to emergency room a few times since its happened,

      I purchased a brand new York A/C from All Year Cooling and had it installed by them in May 2023. While being installed the technician punctured one of the copper Freon lines, it was fixed the very next day and ever since the unit has given me nothing but issues. In the span of 10 months they have had to come to my house about 8-9 times to repair, from adding a capacitor to changing the compressor to replacing the Freon lines to removing a capacitor. The last technician advised me that me thermostat was not compatible with the 2 stage unit that was installed, after having the unit in my home for 8 months. I reached out to All Year Cooling and they opened a complaint with the manufacturer, **** who came to my house to conduct a thorough inspection. After waiting for about 2 months I was told that the unit was and there was nothing they could do. I asked All Year Cooling what they were going to do since I bought the unit from them, but they have not replied.I do not want the unit and want it replace for fear of it continuing to need repair!!

      I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with ***** on July 30th and he offered to have the condenser changed and I advised that I have had issues with the inside unit as well and that both had to be changed. I also advised him that the unit is currently making noises again.

      He advised me that he was going to speak to the manufacturer to see what they could do. Its been over 2 weeks and I have not heard back from him or anyone else.

      I am not understating why the complaint was closed. I talked to the owner once and her never called me back. He offered to exchange the outside unit but I advised him that with all of the issues to the entire unit, I wanted it all changed. He was going to contact the manufacturer and let me know. He never contacted me! Complaint should be reopened until a resolution.

      I purchased a new ** unit from this company on 4/30 and the unit was installed on 5/1.Due to faulty installation, in which the technician left an empty water bottle in my ducts, the ** unit stopped working on 5/18. A technician was sent to assess the problem and failed to diagnose the issue and stated that I would need a new blower fan, which was on backorder. On 5/20, ************************* from the company stated that I would be refunded $150/night for hotels until the replacement part arrived.The replacement part did not arrive until 5/30, and on that date I provided a receipt for 10 nights at the hotel where my family stayed to ******************.For the past month, I have followed up daily with ******************, who stated that a check was sent via **** on 6/11. However, I have not received the check, and the company has failed to provide a path forward to refund me in a timely manner.I'm seeking a $1500 refund for the 10 nights that I spent at a hotel while my ** unit was not functioning, as promised by the company via email.

      The following situation started on March 19th, 2024 and is still ongoing to this day (June 3rd 2024)- March 19th, 2024 All Year Cooling installed a new A/C unit at my residential address.- As a result of the installation, a cracked pipe was leaking, causing water damage to my wall and floor.- Another day, *** came out, told me pipe needs to be fixed but could not do it - Another day, *** came out and fixed the pipe.- Another day, ********* contractor came out and fixed the water damaged wall. Also, as requested by ***'s office, the contractor took pictures of my damaged floor.- With every phone call i received from Ayc, such as follow up on *********** work, inspection appointment, inspection time...I asked for a response concerning my floor but never received one.- Another day, Inspector came and failed inspection on three counts: 1.) four instead of eight screws were used to install unit on the roof 2.) Air pocket on right side of unit was left open and needed to be properly patched 3.) The breaker for the new unit needed to be exchanged with a breaker of different strength.- Same day after inspection, Ayc technician came (appeared unmotivated and pretty clueless, as most others before him) looked at issues but only added the screws, said somebody has to come patch and that All year cooling needed to order the breaker.- Another day, Ayc technician comes, cant fix what needs to be patched and tells me that *** needs to order the breaker.- Another day, Ayc technician shows up, patches up the area and tells me the breaker needed to be ordered by ***.- Another day, breaker was installed.- I am running out of space but the same circus is continuing with the floor Issue.- Another day, ******* comes measures the floor - Another day, *** sent out another ********* who was told to look at the floor issue - Supposedly the damaged floor will be replaced on June 10th

      May 24th 2024 the tech from all year cooling showed up at my house approximately 3 hours BEFORE my scheduled window for my appointment. I informed the appointment girl the night before that I would not be home till 3pm and that is when my appointment was scheduled with a window of 3pm to 6pm. Tech got there at 11:59am and left at 12:19pm. During that time after he made the repair, he told me it was $400 for today's visit but was offering me an extended warranty for 3 Yeats which included ANYTHING that would go wrong with my unit parts and labor would be included for $900...I never signed a work order. I was never givin an estimate and I was never given a copy of exactly what work was performed and I was never given a copy of the so called extended warranty until I called them 3 times!!! Then I recieved it at around 730pm as you can see from attached email and my response. Thus is a total scam as my ac unit that THEY installed is still under warranty for 3 years that covers all parts. How are you going to charge $400 for labor for 19 minutes? This is classic rip people off and mislead the consumer. I am requesting all my money back. This request for a refund was immediately requested after I received the document and I was told by the tech who tried swindling me that I would recieve a call from his sales manager on Tuesday. Of course that call never happened.

      Hello- I installed a HV** with this company in April of 2022. With-in 6 months the unit was not operating properly. It would not cool properly no matter what temperature the thermostat was on, it would come on and then off very frequently on auto. I got in touch with someone from ALL YEAR Cooling who tried to sell me extended warranty to which I had to explain that I had the system for less than a year and should have warranty- not only that why should I have issues with a unit that was just recently installed? I'm disappointed I did not get a name at this point because the way I was treated as a brand new customer was awful. The person was basically trying to tell me that it is routine maintenance. They finally relented and said they would send a tech free of charge. They sent a tech out to perform "maintenance" whatever that meant and it was fine. With in a couple of months the ** was again leaking and turning on off and on and off. I called to speak to a manager, the manager was supposed to call back. Never did. They sent another tech out and performed "maintenance" again. All in all- they sent a few techs to "perform routine maintenance" in the very first year of installing the HV**. Not to mention I have called and left multiple messages in the first year for a manager to give me a call back. As you can tell the manager has never called me back. The reason; "it is summer and everyone is busy". Again the HV** was leaking and turning on and off. I called All Year Cooling in July of this year (2023) to look at the ** again. I asked them for a time frame of when the Tech would be arriving because I work primarily in the day time. The tech calls me 3 hours after the time frame, no apology with the most disrespectful & hostile tone that I told him I will call the office to reschedule. At this point- I was so disappointed with this company I thought let me cut my losses short and look at another company that can repair the cost. I called another company to come out to take a look at the unit In July, 2023. They told me that the system is so severely compromised from improper installation that they would need to take out the entire system and replace with a brand new system. In August 2023, the HV** was leaking so profusely, that I had to call my insurance company and get water remediation they assessed the floors and walls and said it was a complete loss. All year Cooling came again in August, to "repair it". Now a month later the ** unit is turning on and off actively again, like an on set of the same exact issues from before. On top of the ** issues still not being remedied, I now have to repair my flooring on my second floor. I now have to get mold remediation from the moisture caused by this horribly installed **. Not to mention that fact that member that members in my family and friends are eerily sick upon entering the house hold. I want to solve this situation amicably. I want the system to be completely replaced. No more repairs.

      July 9, 2020, I contacted All Year Cooling to have my HVAC system replaced and perform some duct remedy/addition work as a room was running warm. They performed similar work at a prior residence and provided good service. I referred them multiple times to friends and family. At the time I was upsold on a 2 stage York system for its efficiency and reliability and 10 year parts/labor warranty for a total price of $6,650. My current system was at a point where the repairs were becoming expensive and days without AC in Florida are not pleasant. The technicians completed their work and everything seemed OK through the first year or so then the unit started acting **. In cycling it would often not start up, so I would have to set the thermostat off, wait, then turn the unit back on and it would be fine for a while until it happened the next time. When I contacted service they would state this was because of various issues or blame it on a power surge. When I tried to get the same day service appointment they were always stating they were busy, booking appointment to next or another day. By that time the unit was working again and so I let it go. In April of this 2023 the unit went out completely and I again called for their promised same day service but they pushed me to the next day, they ordered the part then came and installed it the following day so 3 days without AC. On top of that they charged me a $220 distribution fee for the part. I guess that I missed that in the fine print. A few weeks after that the unit was making a horrible noise, something was loose in the outside condenser so I made another same day service call which they pushed to the next day again. The sound stopped so I called back and they said it was nothing to be worried about.On July 5 the unit went dead again and I called and was booked an appointment the next day. Whatever part was replaced they said it broke again (after only 2-3 months) and the comment I got from the technician is they dont make them like they used to. Thats unacceptable for high end system. They had the part and were supposed to install the next day. After waiting around all day they had a sob story about why the technician could not put the part in so I had to reschedule to the following Monday as I would be out of town 6 more days without AC and they tried to put me again late in the schedule after requesting I be the first in the day so I am not waiting all day and they decide to no show or push me to another day. They seem to prioritize paying customers vs. warranty claims as I guess they already have the money from the front.On September 17, 2023 the unit is out yet again. When trying to get a service call my options were to wait around for same day service as they would not guarantee an appointment time. As I did not want to sit around all day on a Sunday I tried to get an appointment for the next day but they would not guarantee a time so I am submitting this while the unit is out of service the third time this summer. The comments I received from the scheduler were that they do not "manufacture the units, they only sell and install them." Nice.At this point I have zero confidence in the unit providing any kind of reliable service. I have had to purchase backup units to be able to live in house/work from home during all this (instead of paying for a hotel for myself/family and pets) and am at the mercy of their 10 year warranty.

      Hello - can you keep this open a little longer - like a week or two?  I do not yet have a resolution but am in contact with the business.  They are claiming to work through a process with the manufacturer.  At this time, they have gotten the A/C unit working again (temporary repairs) but I am not sure when it will break down.

      I contracted All Year Cooling to install a new **** system. This was August, 2021. I used credit to pay the amount of $5904.00 (which now includes interest). The company agreed to install a new **** system that would function as it is designed to do and to not cause water damage to my home, not require an inordinate amount of time making multiple calls, waiting for technicians to arrive to fix the issue, to have the unit meet permitting expectations and to have the permit closed.After numerous calls and service calls, the **** unit is continuing to not function optimally, causing water/structural damage to my home, has yet to be re-inspected by the city (first inspection FAILED), and has caused me to lose time at work.

      I am still awaiting a response to my complaint filed 9/10/23. The business has not reached out regarding this complaint. They did however call on 9/11/23 to schedule my final inspection. I informed the caller that a pre inspection had been suggested and scheduled twice but never happened. The caller got quiet and said the general manager would call me back. I have not gotten a call back about that issue either.
