This company is a scam. I wish I wouldve read the reviews! Bumped up the price its $100 just to book an appointment and then whatever the tow driver wants to charge you as a separate price do not use this company!Review from Andrew M

First, Premium Auto Shipping are thieves and liars. They told me on the phone, repeatedly that the price they were quoting was solid and not an estimate. Then, after paying the $150 down payment, they called the next morning and doubled the amount due at delivery. I told them the car was at a car lot and didn't run. (why would I ship a car that runs?) They then said that I told them it was at a residence and did run. Why would I lie about that? I gave them the address and business name, which was obviously a car lot! When we agreed at a price at delivery, the driver told me he had accepted the contract two days earlier for $200 less than Premium was asking. They said I could cancel the contract for a $200 fee. So I would have to pay $200 to get my $150 back. They are now refusing to ship my car and refusing to give me my money back.***** at PAS is a lying thief.Review from Lisa A

They are a complete scam!Do not book with them They originally quoted me $700 asked me to sign a contract then they said all I needed to do is pay a $200 deposit and then $500 balance right? Wrong! 3 hours before supposed pick up, they raise the price to $1400! I said no. They said well driving to your destination is pretty far! I mean, you knew that before so why change the price now? I refused to give them $1400 so they said ok $800 total I said fine. The day comes, no driver. The next day they say a driver is coming. I wait all day, no driver the 3rd day, same thing they say a driver is coming now, then another cancel When i finally realized, its not that anyone is canceling, there is NO DRIVER! Today is day 8 of a driver canceling and not showing up! A total and complete scam Do not book, run!Review from Tanner S

Horrible company. They will send you e document to sign, and will only accept cash app because there (pos) isn't working. They called back days later only to bump price from 700 to ****. Decided to go to another company and just lose my deposit of 200. I get a call from them and get harass about why I chose another company. Not to mention they knew what co. I went with. Wrote a bad review on their site only for them to call me back and demand for me to take it down. Company I decided to go with explained to me that they do have access to the *** leaderboards so they can see everyone's route. These so called brokers don't have trucks, they just use the old switch and bait techniques, take your deposit and bump your price days after your schedule pick update.Review from Arthur M

This company is dishonest and does not deliver. *********************** will get you to sign a docu-sign, gets an immediate Venmo deposit and then not deliver on his low quote. Pick up day came and went, NO ONE COMES, terrible inconvenience, and then he disappears despite many convincing promises.S C A MReview from Marc W

Fill the page want our truck ship from **** to *****, ******************* from Premium Auto shipping *** reached out, give us the price ,pick up dates,let us put the $150 deposit using Venmo , signed agreement ,Monday he text said we need double our price, if we dont pay him, he will hold our truck, HE IS SCAMMER! Probably one of the most dishonest companies I have ever worked with.The contract I signed had a refund policy that guaranteed a refund if the car was not picked up on the agreed upon date, or if the price increased. My car was not picked up on the agreed date, and the price was twice the agreed upon price. I asked for a refund and was denied a refund. They also kept pretending that the refund policy did not exist and lied about when I said I needed my car picked up.In refusing the refund, they violated their very own contract. Zero stars gave us price had it in paper ready to pick car next day got a phone call from another car moving company saying they could do it for less I ask what price I said we got it cheaper than when he told me what my car was beenin shipped for it was list at 300 hundred more they didnt call us to tell us they raised ********* just talked to them 1/2 hour before so when my car got to its destination they were going to rip off my granddaughter for more money then we agreed on worst service ever n the man on phone even cursed my husband
